Committee for Ecological Transition
Created in 2020 after the initiative of the students of Sciences Po Toulouse under the impulse of the director and after the reception of the Green Plan. An interim committee made it possible to rework the main lines of the Charter for a green school.The Ecological Transition Committee acts to combine a strong ambition in terms of respect for the environment and the feasibility of measures in all its economic, technical, educational and human dimensions.
In 2024, they want to have a DDRS certification. The implementation of the new Sobriety Plan adopted at the end of 2022 :
- The achievement of energy savings of 10% within 2 years
- A significant reduction in their greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the National "Low Carbon" Strategy
The objectives :
- Stop waste of food in events, reduce garbage and the number of goodies
- Organize workshop for to raise awareness and find solutions on behalf of the environment
