Nominations and applications

Nominations 

Coordinators from partner universities are invited to send us their nominations through email :  
incoming@sciencespo-toulouse.fr 

Nominations must include : 
Name of the student, exchange period, date of birth, academic email address, linguistic track.


Nomination deadlines
Fall semester : April 30th 
Spring semester : October 15th 


Applications

Please complete the application form if you are :

  • An exchange student nominated by a partner university (Erasmus+ or bilateral agreement)
  • An independent student (Free Mover) who wishes to apply for the University Diploma in International and Comparative Studies
The University Diploma in International and Comparative Studies is only open to independent students for the full academic year. Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year will open in the spring (April - May 2025).

Application enclosures for exchange students


To complete their application for the English track, students will be asked to provide the following documents :
 

  • If English is not your first language: proof of language proficiency (B2 level minimum)

    Accepted documents : TOEFL (72 points), TOEIC (785 points), IELTS level B2 minimum (overall score 5.5), Other equivalent test, Duolingo test, Official transcript indicating that they have studied in English language, Academic reference written by a professor, the Faculty or International Office at the home university

  • If you have already learnt French: proof of language proficiency B2 level minimum (optional)

    Accepted documents : DELF, TCF or TEF, Duolingo test, French Baccalaureate, French-speaking diploma(s), Written certificate established by a French teacher or the international relations coordinator indicating your language level in French.

  • Official transcripts or all previous college and university studies.

    If these are not in English, French or Spanish, they will need to be translated.

  • A résumé (CV)

  • A cover letter (motivational letter)

  • An identity photo

To complete their application for the English track, students will be asked to provide the following documents :
 

  • If English is not your first language: proof of language proficiency (B2 level minimum)

    Accepted documents : TOEFL (72 points), TOEIC (785 points), IELTS level B2 minimum (overall score 5.5), Cambridge English test.

  • If you have already learnt French: proof of language proficiency B2 level minimum (optional)

    Accepted documents : DELF, TCF or TEF, French Baccalaureate, French-speaking diploma(s).

  • Official transcripts or all previous college and university studies.

    If these are not in English, French or Spanish, they will need to be translated.

  • A résumé (CV)

  • A cover letter (motivational letter)

  • An identity photo

Tuition fees

Free movers: € 1,164€ 

Erasmus students and non-European students coming from a partner University are exonerated from payment of fees.
