A partnership agreement has just been signed with National Chengchi University (NCCU) in Taipei, opening up new international mobility opportunities for third-year students enrolled in the Sciences Po Toulouse Diploma.
A leading institution for the training of senior public officials in Taiwan, National Chengchi University (NCCU) shares with Sciences Po Toulouse a multidisciplinary approach and a strikingly similar organization of teaching. Founded exactly 100 years ago in mainland China before relocating to Taipei, it welcomes 3,500 students each year, nearly 400 of them international, and offers around fifty courses in English as well as Chinese as a foreign language courses, which students can begin or continue during their studies at Sciences Po Toulouse. Its International Master's in Asia-Pacific Studies is particularly popular with European students who wish to specialize in the issues of a region at the heart of today's major economic, geopolitical, and environmental challenges.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the student exchange agreement, signed on Monday, June 29, 2026, in Toulouse, now allow Sciences Po Toulouse students to complete their mandatory third-year mobility on the NCCU campus. This new destination enriches a network that now includes 170 partner universities around the world. Based on the principle of reciprocity, the agreement also provides for hosting Taiwanese students at Sciences Po Toulouse.
Sciences Po Toulouse regularly welcomes its international partners. These meetings make it possible to offer our students a very broad and diverse range of destinations, but also to consolidate existing cooperation, forge new partnerships, and strengthen the hosting of visiting professors from around the world. This was the case in recent weeks with a major delegation from the University of Texas at Dallas (United States) and for the 30th anniversary of the cooperation with the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (Romania).
